After 25 years in the hospitality industry as a bartender, Aimee’s career path evolved through her successful experience selling cars, where she “excelled at it.” This diverse background has equipped her with exceptional people skills and adaptability. “Now my passion is helping improve the lives of others,” she explains, highlighting how her varied experiences have converged in her current role helping customers find their dream building.
Aimee’s approach to customer service is deeply personal and attentive. “I listen more than speak, ask a lot of questions but most of all I focus on the customers and get to know them on a personal level,” she shares.
Outside of work, Aimee nurtures her creative and compassionate sides through gardening, creating flower bouquets and succulent arrangements, and most significantly, fostering and providing hospice care for rescue dogs from across the country. This volunteer work has “taught me courage, empathy and my ability to make lives better, not just the pups but people too,” reflecting the same values she brings to her professional interactions at Metal America.
