Daniel Meyer – Metal America

Daniel Meyer

Account Executive

A graduate of Carroll University with a degree in Graphic Design, Daniel Meyer’s career path took him through telecommunications and digital marketing before finding his home in the metal building industry. His journey reflects his adaptability and willingness to explore new avenues where he can apply his talents and drive for excellence. Daniel was drawn to selling metal buildings seeing it as “an awesome avenue to jump into and use my craft to excel in.”

Daniel’s approach to helping customers find their perfect metal structure is relationship-focused. He begins by finding common ground and creating a connection, then asks thoughtful questions to understand their vision. This personalized approach allows him to effectively translate customers’ ideas into tangible solutions that meet their exact specifications and constraints. His background in graphic design gives him a unique perspective when helping clients visualize their projects.

When not guiding customers through their metal building purchases, Daniel enjoys a balanced life rooted in his hometown community. He stays active in his church, participates in Bible study and men’s groups, and enjoys outdoor activities like disc golf. A sports enthusiast, he frequently attends Milwaukee Brewers and Bucks games, channeling his passion for competition into both his personal interests and professional endeavors at Metal America.

Family plays a central role in Daniel’s life, particularly his 9-month-old son. Working from home allows him to balance his career with precious family time, creating a fulfilling work-life integration. This grounding in family and community values translates to his customer interactions, where he prioritizes understanding each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

Daniel believes that the most important qualities in sales are maintaining a positive, easygoing personality and having the resilience to move past rejection quickly. His competitive nature drives him to excel, while his expertise in sales psychology helps him guide transactions smoothly. With interesting personal touches—like getting his motorcycle license at 15 and sporting a Jimmy Page tattoo that showcases his love for Led Zeppelin—Daniel brings authenticity and passion to every customer interaction at Metal America.
