Logan’s educational foundation in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, combined with his background as a Recruiter in the Residential Construction industry, has equipped him with valuable skills for his current role. This background allows him to better understand the intricacies of metal building projects and guide customers effectively through their options.

Vermont’s diverse seasons and outdoor opportunities shaped Logan’s career path, leading him to seek work that offers both professional fulfillment and lifestyle flexibility. “I love the outdoors and wanted a career that gave me the opportunity to work remotely, while taking advantage of everything this state has to offer,” he explains. This appreciation for balance and quality of life influences how he helps customers create spaces that enhance their own lifestyles and meet their unique needs.

When helping customers find their perfect building, Logan follows a thoughtful, needs-based approach. “First and most importantly, I ask the customer what they’ll be using the building for so I can identify exactly what they need. From there, we can discuss their wants and how those additions or modifications will fit into their budget.” This practical methodology, guided by “honest and transparent communication” which he considers most important in sales, ensures customers receive solutions that truly work for them.

Outside of work, Logan maintains an active lifestyle that reflects his dynamic personality. A former professional Alpine Ski Racer who now enjoys the sport recreationally, he also dedicates time to weight lifting, attending concerts, and spending quality time with his wife, family, and dog Jax. His favorite aspect of sales reveals his customer-centered focus: “Knowing that if I do my job correctly, the customer will be, and always is, absolutely ecstatic with the finished product.” This results-oriented mindset makes Logan a valuable asset to anyone seeking the perfect metal building solution.
