Track My OrderFound on your confirmation email is an 8 digit Order ID number, and on the top of this webpage along with all over Metal America's website, you will find "Track My Order." If you enter your 8 digit Order ID number there, you will be able to track your order as it moves from initial order placement to installation.
After your order has been placed, Metal America will give a courtesy call at 3 different times: 2-3 business days after order placement, ~1 month after order placement, and ~4 months after order placement. Further, the estimated dates of courtesy calls can be found in the "Track My Order" described above. Be sure to be on the lookout for calls from us!

To ensure a smooth installation of your structure, sometime between now and installation please ensure that these two requirements are met (If you have explicitly stated with the Metal America team that the site is not level or has obstacles, you can disregard the below):
Installation Time: You may also be wondering, how long will it take to install my structure? A good rule of thumb here is that for every $1,000 in total cost equates to about 1 hour of labor (e.g., a $8,000 structure would take ~8 hours to install). They go up quickly!
Permitting can be overwhelming sometimes but no matter what, Metal America has you covered. Below details what Metal America can and can't assist with.
We can provide any drawings, information, or licensing needed to satisfy permitting requirements and have you covered no matter what.
Customers may request a full refund for their deposit within 72 hours of their initial payment. After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, unless the contract explicitly states a longer refund period.
Customers may request to cancel the installation of their build and / or concrete within 10 days of their initial payment and will not be liable for the remaining price of the project. This cancellation window is valid provided the customer is not on the installation schedule already and has not paid down additional deposits to Metal America's manufacturing and / or contracting partners.
Cancellation requests made more than 10 days after initial payment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on factors including but not limited to: manufacturing status, proximity to installation date, and manufacturer cancellation policies. Metal America will work with the manufacturer and customer to minimize cancellation fees where possible. If cancellation cannot be accommodated, the customer remains liable for the remaining contract amount.
