Ashley Zinnerman

Ashley brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role at Metal Americas, having spent 13 years working in the steel industry at a steel distributor. Her extensive background has given her a unique perspective on the metal building industry, and she was drawn to the opportunity to utilize her expertise in a new and exciting way by selling a finished product.

A graduate of Winthrop University, Ashley earned her degree in business administration with magna cum laude honors. Throughout her career, she has consistently worked in sales and customer service roles, honing her skills and developing a deep understanding of what it takes to build strong relationships with clients.

When it comes to helping customers find the perfect metal building, Ashley's approach is centered on active listening. She believes that the most important thing is to let the customer do the talking, allowing them to articulate their exact wants and needs. By doing so, Ashley can offer personalized advice and suggestions tailored to each client's unique situation.

Outside of work, Ashley is a dedicated mother to her two children, a competitive gymnast daughter and a son who participates in ninja classes. She spends 12-15 hours a week at the gym supporting her children's passions and cherishing the opportunity to watch them excel in their chosen activities. Ashley's commitment to her family is a testament to her strong values and her ability to balance her professional and personal life.

Two fun facts about Ashley: she played soccer for an impressive 30 years, including overseas and at the Division 1 level in college, showcasing her discipline and athleticism. Additionally, since graduating from college 16 years ago, Ashley has lived in ten different houses across three states, demonstrating her adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
