Metal America Refund Policy

Overview

Metal America is committed to customer satisfaction and fair business practices. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which customers may be eligible for a refund of their deposit or payment.

Standard Refund Window

  • Customers may request a refund within 72 hours of their initial deposit/payment

  • In certain cases, this window may be extended to 96 hours if the customer presents a valid reason that requires internal review

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund Conditions

Customers are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Manufacturer error or failure to deliver as specified

  2. Metal America error in order processing or communication

  3. Order cancellation due to circumstances within Metal America's or manufacturer's control

No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Customer cancellation after:

    • Problems have been resolved AND

    • Building is scheduled for delivery within one week

  2. Customer provided false or misleading information during the order process

  3. Customer changes their mind outside the standard refund window without qualifying circumstances

Refund Process

  1. Customer must submit refund request through their Metal America representative

  2. Request will be reviewed within 2 business days

  3. If approved, refund will be processed using original payment method

  4. Customer will receive confirmation of refund processing

Special Circumstances

  • Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis

  • Metal America reserves the right to extend refund windows or make exceptions based on unique situations

  • Documentation may be required to support refund requests in certain cases
