Andy, an East Texas native with a background in construction, stumbled into the metal building industry and quickly recognized the opportunity to make a difference. With a successful real estate sales background, having run a team of 14 agents and personally selling over 50 homes per year, Andy has honed his skills under the guidance of renowned coaches like Tom Ferry and Grant Cardone.
Andy's approach to helping customers find the ideal metal building is rooted in treating each client like family, actively listening to their needs, and providing unbiased guidance. Outside of work, Andy enjoys golf, fishing, traveling, and socializing.
Despite describing himself as somewhat socially challenged in his younger years, Andy has made significant strides in developing his interpersonal skills. He excels at reading people over the phone and adapting his communication style using the DISC assessment principles.
With his determination and hunger for success, Andy consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his clients receive the best possible service and solutions for their metal building needs, making him an invaluable asset to the Metal Americas team.
