The Sales Process

Overview
Below is a step by step, click by click guide of the sales process with every manufacturer Metal America partners with that uses Idearoom. To get to the guides, simply click on the manufacturer name. I hope this assists everyone that is reading this in the sales process should you ever get stuck. Each flow is specifically tailored for that manufacturer and will get you from start to finish once you have picked a manufacturer and designed the build in Idearoom.

Some notes:
From a high level, the sales process is the same for every manufacturer with very slight variations around how to generate the contract in Idearoom and where to put customer signatures when sending over the contract, even for RTO this is true.

The flow of the sales process is the following:

  1. (Pay Upon Install) Idearoom > Hubspot > Closing Steps

  2. (RTO) Idearoom > RTO Estimate / Contract > Hubspot > Closing Steps

In the walk throughs below, you will find that the only difference is the Idearoom portion, albeit it is more or less the same, along with one small step in the Hubspot > Docusign integration (Step 16) - manufacturers contracts vary slightly.
